From request to booked trip: how online charter requests work
2026-10-19 · 5 min read
Your charter page lets guests ask for a boat without calling you first. You stay in control of the price and the date.
1. The guest picks a package
They open your charter link, browse packages, and choose one. The type of trip, the area and the route fill in by themselves. If they want something different, they plan their own trip and say where they want to go.
2. You get the request
A request appears in the Charter requests card on your dashboard, with a badge on the menu. You see the guest, the date, the number of people and any notes.
3. You send a price
Open the request, enter your price, and add a short message. Triplyne gives you a ready-made message to send on SMS, WhatsApp or Viber. It includes a link to the guest's own page.
4. The guest pays from the same page
The guest sees your price and your bank details. They attach a photo of the transfer slip, or choose cash. You do not need to chase a separate message.
5. You confirm the payment
You get a Payment sent notification. Check the slip, then confirm. The charter trip and its invoice are created for you, and the guest can save a receipt with a QR code.
If it does not work out
You can reject a request, or cancel a paid one and refund it with a message. See the guide on refunds.
The key idea: the price is yours, the payment is clear, and nothing is typed twice.
