Paying your crew: days worked, salary and who is still owed

2026-10-11 · 3 min read

Your crew are the most important people in the business. Paying them correctly and on time is simple when the facts are in one place.

Record each person's salary

In Team, set the monthly salary for each person. Add allowances such as a food or travel allowance. A person with no salary cannot be paid until you add one.

Know the days

Triplyne keeps each person's leave and days off. Unpaid leave is taken off that month's pay automatically. You can also add an extra amount or a deduction for the month, with a short label.

See what is paid and what is due

The Payroll card lists each person with the status for the month: paid or due. At the end of the month you can see at a glance who is still waiting.

Pay and record it

When you pay someone, record the date and how you paid. The salary and allowances are added to your Expenses automatically, so your accounts stay right. If you made a mistake, you can undo the payment.

Give a payslip

After you pay, you can share a payslip that shows the basic salary, allowances, deductions and net pay.

A good habit: pay on the same day every month, and tell the crew the date. Reliable pay builds a reliable crew.
