Slip or cash? Taking payments from charter guests the easy way

In the islands, bank transfer and cash are how people pay. Online booking does not have to mean cards.
Bank transfer with a slip
Put your bank name, account name and account number in your settings. When you send a price, the guest sees them with a Copy button. After the transfer they attach a photo of the slip. You check it against your account and confirm.
Cash
Some guests prefer to pay on the day. They choose Cash, and you see it as a payment on your request list. Confirm it when the cash is in your hand.
Part payments
A guest can pay a deposit now and the rest later. The invoice shows the part that was paid and the balance that is due, so nothing gets lost.
Check before you confirm
Look at the amount, the date and the name on the slip. If something is wrong, use the Message button to ask the guest to send it again. Do not confirm until the money is in.
What happens to the slip
The slip is there so you can check the payment. Once you confirm the payment, the slip photo is removed.
Keep it fair
Say your payment rules before the guest books: how much deposit, and by when. It avoids arguments later, and it protects you if a guest cancels.
