What is new: packages, online requests, QR scanning and more

A lot has changed in Triplyne. Here is a short tour.

Charter packages

Create packages with up to 10 photos, the captain, the boat details, where it is based, the route, what is included and a price in MVR, USD or both. Guests see them on your charter page, with filters and a map. You can crop each photo to the frame guests see.

Online charter requests

Guests choose a package, you send a price, and they pay by bank transfer slip or cash from the same page. When you confirm the payment, the trip and invoice are created.

QR codes and scanning

Ticket and charter receipts carry a QR code. Scan it at the jetty to check the booking and the payment.

Cancel and refund

Cancel a charter, tick the refund, and send the guest a message in one go.

Team payroll

See days worked, salary and who has been paid or is still due.

Clearer dashboards

The Active trips card now shows upcoming trips and how many still need a captain or a vessel.
