How to add a charter trip

Steps

1. On the Charter dashboard, tap New charter trip.
2. Choose the customer, or add a new one with their name and phone.
3. Pick the date, the time and the route.
4. Choose the vessel. Triplyne warns you if it is already booked that day.
5. Enter the fare, and add notes if needed.
6. If it is one of your packages, choose the package.
7. Save. The trip appears in your list as Requested.

Run the trip

1. Assign a captain. You need to choose a vessel first.
2. On the day, the captain starts the trip and ends it when the guests are back.
3. Fuel and time on the water are saved against the trip.

Finish

When the trip is completed, create the invoice from the trip card. See How to create an invoice.
