Reviews: when customers can rate you

Customers rate you

After you mark a trip Completed, the customer can rate it from their link or their Triplyne account. Your average shows on your card at triplyne.com/trips.

You rate the customer

When you make the receipt after a completed trip, you can give the customer stars and a private note.

What other operators see

Only the customer's average stars, never your words.

Good to know

No one can rate a trip that has not been marked Completed.
