Your data and your customers' data
What we store
Your account details, and the records you enter: vessels, trips, customers, invoices, expenses, staff, packages and photos. Customers who use your links may send their name, phone, trip details and a payment slip.
Who sees it
You and the team members you invite. Customers see only their own request, ticket or account page, through the private link you send them. Anyone with the link can open that page, so ask customers not to share it.
Payment slips
Slips are shown to you so you can check a payment, and are removed when you confirm or cancel the request.
Maps
When a map is shown, the map area is requested from map providers. When you search for a place, the text you type is sent to a map search service.
Your responsibility
You decide what customer information to collect, and you are responsible for using it lawfully. Please keep your sign-in private.
