These terms apply when you use Triplyne, provided by {{company}} ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use Triplyne for a company, you confirm you can accept these terms for it.
You must give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the team members you invite.
New accounts get a free trial with no card required. The length is shown on our website when you sign up. When the trial ends, your account becomes view-only until you choose a plan.
Plans, prices and limits are shown on our website and in the app, in MVR or USD. Features can differ between plans, for example e-tickets and online charter requests. Payment is made by bank transfer, and you upload your payment slip in the app. Your plan is switched on after we confirm the payment. Paid periods are monthly or yearly as you choose. Amounts already paid are not refundable unless the law says otherwise or we agree in writing.
You own the data you put into Triplyne. You give us permission to store and process it to provide the service. You can ask us for a copy or for deletion at any time.
You decide what information to collect from your customers and how to use it. You are responsible for having the right to collect it, for telling your customers how you use it, and for keeping it safe. Triplyne processes it for you to provide the service. Please read our Privacy policy.
Triplyne provides tools: booking and charter pages, packages, quotes, tickets, receipts, payment records and refund messages. The agreement for a trip is between you and your customer. We are not a party to it, we do not take card payments, and we do not hold or move your customers' money. You are responsible for checking payments before you confirm them, for your prices, your cancellation and refund rules, and for sending any refunds.
You are responsible for the packages, photos, descriptions, prices and claims you publish, and they must be accurate and not mislead. You must own the photos you upload or have permission to use them. You give us permission to show them on your pages and in Triplyne. Do not upload anything unlawful or offensive.
You are responsible for your vessels, crew, safety equipment, insurance, licences and permits, and for following the rules that apply to you. Triplyne records and reminders do not replace your own checks.
Tickets, receipts and customer pages are opened with private links and QR codes. Anyone holding a link can open that page. You and your customers should keep links private. A QR scan shows the booking details in Triplyne. It is a tool to help you, not proof of identity, and you should check anything that looks wrong.
Triplyne uses third-party services such as maps, map search, satellite pictures and hosting. They have their own terms, and they may be unavailable from time to time.
Do not misuse the service, try to break or overload it, access other people's data, send spam or use it for anything unlawful.
We work to keep Triplyne available and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error free. We may update or improve the service from time to time.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits or data, or for any dispute between you and your customers or crew. Keep your own records of important documents. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before it arose.
You can stop using Triplyne at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or is unpaid.
We may update these terms. The date at the end shows the latest version. If a change is important we will tell you in the app or by email.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives.
